Sun Pictures have finally confirmed the release date of Ilayathalapathy Vijay’s Golden Jubilee film Sura on April 30. Sura will be the biggest summer release of 2010.

Happy news for all Vijay fans. As per sources Vijay’s much expected movie Sura is expected to release on April 23. The producers of the movie are looking to get censor certificate for the film before April 15th so that they can release the movie on April 23rd as planned.
Sura has turned out be one of the much expected movie of Vijay’s carrier since the movie is Vijay’s 50th film. And one more reason for expectation is that, Sura distribution rights have been acquired by Sun Pictures, which means enough publicity and sure success at the Box Office. Vijay’s 50th film Sura is shaping up very well and the movie shooting is going at a fast face. Sura will hit the screens for Tamil new year, and Vijay himself has confirmed that his film will be released on April 14.
Sura features Vijay and Tamanna in lead roles. The movie is being directed by S. P. Rajakumar and produced by Sangili Murugan. The music for the movie has been scored by Mani Sharma while editing is done by Anthony.
